We are experts in spindle repair
We specialise in remanufacturing and repairing CNC spindles of all types and sizes, restoring worn or damaged units to like-new condition. Our expertise also extends to rebuilding gearboxes, tailstocks, and other rotating equipment, using high-quality bearings and thorough testing.
Spindle repair capabilities
We repair spindles ranging from 5 kg to 800 kg. Spindles can be up to 500 mm in diameter and 1500 mm in length.
While there’s no minimum size, for spindles valued under £1000 we recommend getting a quote for a new one first. This helps us determine if a repair is economically viable, as some smaller, low-cost spindles aren’t designed for easy servicing.
Our test equipment handles speeds of up to 14,000 RPM, and we’ve rebuilt spindles running as fast as 60,000 RPM.
