Spindle Measurement and Analysis
High accuracy precision CNC machining demands even more accurate machines, so we combine modern measurement equipment, robust grinding equipment and assembly craftsmanship to ensure every spindle we repair is fully remanufactured to the highest standards.
Each spindle then goes through a run-in period to slowly bring the bearings up to maximum operating speed, followed by digital balancing/noise testing and a full electrical test.
We use digital force gauges to check the tool clamping force and precision ground test bars to verify projected run-out.
